how long is this program?

The program is made up of 6 weeks in total, 31 days. This course lasts from 6-8.5 weeks long and is dependent on how many days a week you decide to commit to in the program. The minimum being 4 days a week and maximum being 6 days. (the first week is a little different but explained on the first day of the program)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FAIL?

It's not how many times you get knocked down, its how many times you get knocked down and get back up! Your personal profile is saved but when you sign up again, you begin from day 1 and work again to complete the 31 day challenge!

WHAT IF I ALREADY COMPLETED THE CHALLENGE ONCE BUT FAILED ON ANOTHER ATTEMPT?

You will still have access to the entirety of the program if you attempt to do the program a second time or a 12th time. The only time that you lose access to everything is if you have never completed the program at all.

HOW IS THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS?

This program was built to teach WHILE you get results rather than just being another fitness program. Here we believe that if you teach a person how to fish, they eat for a lifetime rather than giving you a fish where you eat for a day. Knowledge is true power and we want to instill these lessons in you through this program.

WHAT Are the DIfFeRenT levels And WhIcH One IS RIgHT FOR ME?

There are 3 programs in one. Because the fitness aspect was built around your weight, we use a specific workout method that significantly decreases your chance of injury during workouts and increases your chance of success by getting you real tangible results. The 3 levels are as follows:

•T1 is meant for - Active/Competitive individuals who are looking for a challenge or those who have completed the program before and are between 100lbs to 200lbs in weight.
•T2 is meant for - Somewhat active individuals who workout but haven't been getting the results that they want or who have completed the program before and are in between 200lbs to 300lbs in weight.
•T3 is meant for - those who are new and/working on getting back into shape and want to understand fitness as a whole. This level is for those who are looking for a great workout at an "easier" level and is also recommended for those who are 300+lbs in weight.
